China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) is a nationwide automobile dealers trade social group without restriction of the department and region, and it consists of the automobile dealers trade enterprises being engaged in auto sale, used-car business, automobile club, auto beauty and articles, car rental, and motorcycle along with parts ,related research organ, Social group and individual.

CADA is the national class social organization what is the unique automobile dealers trade registered in Ministry of Civil Affairs of People’s Republic of China and has the legal position. CADA is established in 1990 and subject to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The association carries out work under the direction of government department as State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, State Administration of Taxation, General Administration of Customs and National Bureau of Statistics etc. Members of the association distribute in each province, region and city. There are more members in the main center city and coast's opening city.

Since CADA was founded, on the principle of that “service as tenet, actively serve for member”, the association has set trade credit standing in management and taken a bridge and tache’s function between government and corporation, corporation and corporation, corporation and client. Combining the trade’s actuality, the association has also carried out the national policy and ordinance, usually reported the relevant circumstance to the government supervising department, and made a suggestion to constitute and modify the relative policy and ordinance. It becomes the important part of the association work to investigate the relevant circumstance of the trade, organize special discussion, develop the consultation service and organize work exchanges according to members’ request, contact with foreign concerned enterprises, and cooperate with them.

By effort of the association in many years, CADA has formed an integrated organization framework, become the comprehensive association that covers many professions of the auto after-sale market. In addition to secretariat, the association also establishes used-car committee, used-car appraisal committee, auto parts committee, motorcycle and parts committee, auto rental committee, auto beauty and articles committee, auto exchange market committee, auto credit committee, auto club branch, auto culture committee, marketing committee, and international investment and communication committee.
